The company started as a Sole Distributor of Medical Gases for Inox Air Products Ltd., who are pioneers in the field of Industrial Gases for more than two decades, having their registered office at Mumbai and operating 20 factories across the country.
R.V. Distributors has the credit of having achieved a Market Share of 30% within the first 6 months of its operations. Currently, the company boasts of a 50% market share, supplying to all the major hospitals in Chennai City and also parts of Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
INOXAP is a 50 : 50 Joint Venture Company of INOX & Air Products & Chemicals Ltd, USA. which is one of the leading Multinational Companies in Gases business with its presence in > 30 countries in the world.
INOXAP, with its subsidiary, were the FIRST to put up Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) installation in Northern (at AIIMS, New Delhi in 1981) and Western Region and recently at Southern Region (Pondicherry).
INOX India has also launched their new product Liquid Medical Oxygen which is called Portacryo Liquid Cylinder.
